About Us

Sipping Well is a unique, farm-to-table bar owned and operated by Ivy Kehoe of Hardpour Designs. Ivy has been in the beverage industry since she was 18, when she moved to Dublin, Ireland to follow her interest in craft cocktails and whiskey distillation.

After working for Teeling Whiskey, Jameson, and other whiskey-forward distilleries in the US, she moved to the PNW to pursue wine. There, she started the first Winery System Design company in Washington. She moved to Orcas Island during the pandemic to help open and manage a new wine bar on the island and hasn’t wanted to leave since!

Ivy started Sipping Well after discovering the need for fun, innovative drinks for events and weddings taking place in the San Juan Islands- finding it to be an amazing way to combine her love for alcoholic beverages, beautiful design, and the incredible elements of The San Juan Islands.
