We’re currently booking for 2023, but only have a few weekends left…. Reaching out sooner rather than later is our best recommendation- but try not to delay it more than six months until your event!

We can always make some of your drinks mocktails! Unfortunately, we don’t allow the use of CBD in our drinks as some guest might not know how they react to that substance and some might unfortunate consequences with their jobs and other life-related elements if they unknowingly ingest it.

We only travel to the islands in the San Juan Archipelago, so ferry rates are included in our packages. If your event ends at a time that does not allow us to catch a ferry on that particular day, we will plan in advance and include an overnight travel fee as part of our package. Unexpected ferry schedule changes that cause this to happen are not yours to cover.

As per Washington State Liquor Laws, we are not able to provide the liquor at your event- we just serve it. But, we are able to set up your package so that you only have the alcohol invoices to pay, and then we take care of the rest- orders, pick-up, and drop-off!

Yes! Each bar package comes with an estimated amount of alcohol needed, shopping lists for purchasing, and the ability for us to handle the logistics of everything so you don’t have to think too much about anything other than your menu!

We are fully equipped with all the insurance and legal documents necessary to serve alcohol at your event. Every one of our team members hold both a Food Handlers card and a Class 12 Permit as well. For your event, we will need to purchase a banquet permit, but we will handle that process as part of our package.

The deposit for holding your date is 50% of your total package + add-ons cost. Your date is not secure until you have completed the deposit.

We have limited staff, but might be able to help if you need additional bartenders for your event. Our bartenders have extensive wine and beer knowledge and are $50/hr + tips to work with. Reach out via our contact form to see if we are a good fit for your event!

Once your date is booked, we will create a “day-of” schedule with a set number of hours that we are expecting to work at your event. As we are dependent on the ferry system, we are unable to stay longer than our pre-determined time frame to ensure that we are able to get home.
